Return Policy

TAMURA’S MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

1. Receipts must accompany all merchandise returned for a refund or exchange.
2. Merchandise that is returned for a refund or exchange will be accepted, provided it is within seven (7) days of when the merchandise was purchased.
3. Exchanges will be given on merchandise that was overbought so long as the product is unopened, not damaged or used, and in good condition.

LIQUOR POLICY

Tamura’s is not allowed, by law, to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We will replace any bottle of wine, beer or liquor that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory because of a corked or spoiled product. We do ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle with at least 75% capacity. If you do experience a bad or damaged bottle, please call us immediately and ask to speak to a Manager. Your satisfaction is our goal, so we will do everything within the law to make sure you have a great experience.

TAMURA’S COUPON POLICY:

Paper Coupons must be presented at the time of the purchase transaction. We accept ONLY manufacturer of the relevant product. We do not accept photocopies of coupons or internet printed coupons. We do not “double up on coupons” or “coupon stacking”. Coupons have no cash value. We will not accept coupons unless they have an expiration date. Expired coupons will not be accepted. All applicable bottle deposits on the purchased & free items must be paid by the customer. Tamura Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any coupons at its discretion.

We do not offer any rainchecks.
